Horrible bank. They will just sit around and let you wait for 20 mins and then say it wasn’t long. I will be changing my personal and business account.

My children went to the bank today with jars of coins. They have accounts at this bank and I actually purchased these quarters at this branch months ago for a reward system I did with the kids. They had no problem giving me the quarters but told my children that they cannot change the quarters to bills or deposit the money into their own accounts. Apparently this bank no longer takes money. I think we’re shopping for another bank in Lynchburg.

Heather michaels is extremely rude and snippy. Went in to ask a few questions and she acted like she couldn’t help me at all. Told me to come back another day which I did and received the same rude treatment.

Have been with them for 15 years, and, today, there is a descrepency in my account. They claim that there is no problem.i beg to differ totally unhappy.

They are a very easy to deal with! I use this account for local banking only. Never a problem. With Covid, most of my interaction has been talking to them on the phone. Easy to work with, good folks. Happy customer.

Over 45 minutes to cash a check, because the tellers won't cash a check written on their bank. They insist on making you see a "banker" so they can "verify the check" which is their language for trying to pressure you into opening an account with them. Really shady.

Being with Wells Fargo for almost five years now and it's been a great experience. The staff at this location is very friendly and helpful.
