Wells Fargo Bank E Commerce St, Fairfield

I needed a check from my insurance company endorsed so I could get my roof replaced. I do not use this bank they just bought my mortgage from my original bank. Called this bank the day before and asked if they would be able to do it, they assure me they could do it. The lady said just make sure my wife and I both signed the back and I would need my ID. I drove all the way up there today just to be told that the manager is the only one that can do that and they are out indefinitely and also my wife would need to be present because they needed both our IDs. I basically wasted over 2 hours and a 120 mile round trip! That is not okay when gas is almost 4 dollars a gallon! I ended up have to drive all the way to Terrell to get it done.

We called before making a 2 hour drive and was told we would be able to cash a check (she was very detailed about what we needed to do). We get there and apparently we weren’t able to do it. We were told we can wait for the manager who was on the phone (but she wasn’t on the phone at all). The lady went into a very detailed description of everything we needed to do in case a problem came up and it still nothing came of it. What a waste of time and gas and of course no one there cared.

I have been going to this branch for several years and I have nothing but good things to say about all of the employees there!! They are genuinely friendly, they care about their customers and even though they arnt fast paced its because they are being thorough and they make sure they do everything correctly for their customers. I can honestly say their customers arnt a number to them, they are an important individual. Even though the branch is about a 20 min drive for me, and there are several banks within a few blocks of my house, I choose to bank with Wells Fargo BECAUSE of the personal, caring, honest customer service my husband and I receive at this branch. Good customer service means more to me any day then fast service that could come with errors or rudeness!!

Bank hours are horrible. If you have a job, choose another bank, or at least another location.

Worst bank ever, hours are not for working people, when we opened account they didn't link them and now they have stopped payment on an auto draft, unbelievable!!!!!!!

This particular site is short staffed due to shutting down this location. The wait was terrible and some services were simply not available at this branch.Staff was friendly and apologetic.

Is it true that the Fairfield branch is closing? If so do our accounts transfer to another branch or do we have to come in close them and go to Mexia or another branch?

Banking hours are terrible some of us work 5 days a week. Had to use another bank 1 that's open on Saturday at least a half day

It's a really good branch everyone is nice and everytime I come in they are always welcoming me in and are very considerate. I have nothing bad to say about them.

Agent was harsh, very unprofessional ,was going to deposit a check into afriends account and called the bank to ask some questions because we have an account with a different bank.Very Disappointed.
