Wells Fargo Bank Wetmore Ave, Everett

I worked with Michelle Lundquist and have to say she was a 10 from the beginning to the end of my interaction with her. Her excellent customer service and attention to detail was over the top and I actually enjoyed my banking appointment with her so much that if I could switch branches I would. I live 4 hours away from this branch and she offered me a followup consultation for any questions that I may have. Out of this world employee who deserves some kudos and recognition for saving this wells fargo customer from switching banks. Thank you Michelle and I hope the very very best for you in your life ventures!!

I was went to the bank Wells Fargo from Wetmore Ave I had check to direct deposit I know that check how much was is it but that Spanish girl laid to me . I can not accepted . I have paper about check and it's said how much. 😡😡😡😡

Almost have nothing to say for this bank for both service people and facility. Update *** Nice! At least this is the first time seeing your response immediately. My worst experience happened by the immoral words with rude behavior of most service people over there showing off clearly till everyone can notice their unprofessional attitudes.

Horrible customer service bankers make people wait while they have personal conversations with regular customers. Adriana Eckel will sit and talk about her personal life and flirt with clients while people are waiting to be helped.

been there at 4:40 PM trying to open a joint account and only one banker was availeble. The manager whit 3 other tellers looked at me like I was from another planet, instead of helping ... really bad customer service ... PS I am current customer

After banking with bank of America for a couple years I made the switch to Wells Fargo and the difference between the banks are night and day. The customer service here is amazing the tellers make an effort to learn your name and make you feel welcome. Where at BOA I felt like I was just another customer that didn't even need the time of day. Another reason I love wells Fargo is there are no catches for a free checking account it is actually free!! I had many issues with BOA and was being charged 15$ a month just to have a checking account. Like I said night and day. Wells Fargo in my opinion is the best experience I have had with a bank in the 15 years or so that I have been banking.

At first I got a teller who was very sweet and kind but was having difficulties helping me address my issue. I then got transferred to Annette ( which I hope is spelled right ). Right out of the gate it was exceptional customer service. While my issue was not resolved on the spot, I was given the knowledge to have it handled as it takes time. If the customer service in office is equivalent to what it was on the phone, id put my money there any day.

Close your account this bank is fraud!!! Worst bank ever. Why would you ever choose to work for a crook? They take peoples money and create fraudulent accounts with your money and without your permission. How can people trust a bank who goes into their account and steals money for its own personal gain? You can't trust them. Soooo Close your account this bank is fraud.

My experience with Wells Fargo has and continues to be great. Short lines, friendly & helpful staff, large range of banking services and bank safe services.

The entire team here is just beyond amazing. Every time I go in they remember who I am and are just entirely amazing. Special shout out to Nika on the teller line.
