    My husband just went into change our address on our account and the two bankers refused to help saying they had an 11am appt. He was there well before 11am and said he would wait and they said it would be long. He just came from Chase Bank and was able to do it in 5 minutes and these two were less than helpful with attitude.

    I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 1999 and will no longer be one as of 2017. This branch has very poor customer service. The frequent change of drive-thru tellers with little to no banking experience will forget to input a check into your account and run a check through for the wrong amount. They also deposit money into the wrong account if you have more than one. If you use this bank you will need to thoroughly review every deposit slip for every transaction.

    WORST BANK EVER. I'm not sure who's hiring the staff over here clearly they clearly don't care about anyone but themselves. Save yourself the time, energy, and money by going somewhere else. This bank operates on the lowest standards I've ever seen, with zero values for other people.

    Since moving back to the USA from Europe in 1994, we haven't had very good luck with banks. I was a long term Credit Union member prior to moving to Europe, but we moved away from that CU. Name a major bank and I've tried them from bad to horrible experiences. However, Wells Fargo has been a joy over the past four years. The staff in the Fountain Hills location are helpful and efficient. Looking for a great bank? Try Well Fargo.

    Never answer their phones. Always a recording.. if I wanted to use the website I would’ve went there to begin with…. Poor customer contact service

    I can confirm the rude attitudes mentioned in other reviews by my own experience. I escalated my complaint but no one has reached out to me. I will be switching to another bank.

    I was just in there and the gentleman in front of me it was not his fault the teller did not know what she was doing and everybody could see that I was getting frustrated as I’ve been standing in line for 10 Minutes at 9 AM in the morning when they open. Kate who is the manager looked at me and cared nothing. This Wells Fargo even though it felt Hills is the worst I have ever been to by far. In fact I’m just going back to Chase Wells Fargo is horrible about letting people wait

    I needed assistance during the COVID quarantine period and this branch offered scheduled appointments to enter into the bank to get direct assistance with a banker. It wasn't the most convenient solution (I did have to wait a day for an open timeslot) but it got the job done.

    Unfortunately this bank does not represent the kindness and caring nature of the the majority of businesses in this town. It seems like these employees must not live here. They are completely disrespectful and rude for no apparent reason.
