Wells Fargo Bank Tara Blvd, Lovejoy

Unprofessional to say the least. I advise you go to any other Wells Fargo if you value your time. Came in and waited for 45 minutes just for a worker to come in and say that we need an appointment to speak to someone and that they were fully booked for the day. There was a guy working with someone who walked passed me and another customer at least 3 times within those 45 mins and didn’t say a word to us about an appointment.

Had a great experience at this bank. Ms Desi Woodroof took me in as a walk in. She worked with me on an insurance check issue. She could have easily sent me away after a few issues but she continued to work with me until we got a solution. Great banker!!!!

While many other banks have closed their lobby this one remains available. The ladies that work in there are very helpful. There is a gentleman that works there at the front desk and he is super helpful. It’s a pretty quick bank too which is also unusual compared to others. They always speak to you, treat you very nice.

I stop by for a service today and there was one employee for each service on a Friday. I waited for a few minutes and walked out without being served. I will never visit this branch again and I would not recommend it to my family and friends..

Slowest wells fargo I’ve ever been to.

This bank is right across the street from my home. I go here often and each time I go the service is great and all bank transactions are handled well. This is my business and I often go there to make wire transfers. It normally take a long time but they have my info. On record and know how to get it done quickly. They helped me build credit for my son. It is out family bank 🏦. I enjoy doing business at my friendly bank. 😉BTW, the new manager does a great job making sure the customer is happy 😃.

Reviews don’t lie, this is one of the worst Wells Fargo to go to.

My aunt husband passed away or covid, account was shut down and they’re refusing to give her any info. Was told they would call her to set up an appointment to talk about this matter. 2 months later and NOTHING. Maybe because we are Hispanic you think we deserve less but this in unacceptable.
