Unlike every other bank, Wells Fargo still doesn’t have people in the branch. Window only. And you sit in line at the window for way too long not even getting told it will be a moment. And on top of that, every phone number on the website doesn’t go through.

I to give credit to the banker Carmen Rodriguez who helped me on a bad day. The out ATM ate my debit card. I needed cash before taking my daughter to church youth group. I was pressed for time. She saw the stress and worried look on my face. I was almost in tears. She eased my stress by getting me a temporary card and ordered my new one. The bankers here and staff have always helped me at my most worst time.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I’ve been in line 45 minutes. More than 2 people would be nice. I’m definitely switching banks. I have always had issues.

It's been my bank for over 8 years. I have had very little problems with them. But what problems I did have, were taken care of efficiently and effectively and politely.

The banker informed me I couldn't cash a personal check there because my grandpa isn't a Wells Fargo member. Had to deposit, then told it won't be available in my account for 3 days. Thanks for nothing.

Wells Fargo is a Joke. They will literally let ANYBODY take money out of your account. Straight fraud, unauthorized payments, double payments it has happened to me multiple times. And they will put a claim in, which takes 10-13 buisineses days, meanwhile charging you overdraft fees. I Uber to work, so when this happens I cannot even go to work. What a joke. Puke bank. I will be switching to a new bank today.

Without fail the worst possible banking experience in 40 years. I asked repeatedly while on the phone trying to resolve an issue not to be interrupted, then was told I was being aggressive. I don't understand why it's now okay for a customer service representative to constantly interrupt when I start asking questions. Being cut off in mid sentence is so rude and inconsiderate. Total lack of respect. I put in a call to the District Manager after I talked to the branch manager who then started in on me how banking works.

I see all these negative comments. I'm curious. How's there bank now Do they ask for all the identification to access your account. Do they provide information on how to save money. I've had a few accounts over the last 20 years. Hands down, I've found wells to be top notch. But that's from a guy who works pay check to paycheck.

What a joke. Been setting in line for 40 min and haven’t moved. You know when your going to be busy , but more than two cashiers. Bad management
