Wells Fargo Bank S Main St, Big Spring

I've been going here weekly for 7 years now and I have never had a bad experience. Thank you for always making things so reliable and easy for me.

Have been sitting in my car watching people being made to wait for 30-45 minutes in 100 degree temperatures. There is an employee who came to the door and spoke to them but didn’t ask the customers (who had appointments) to come in from the heat. Very poor service and liability issues.

I've never been a huge fan of Wells Fargo they have a cost for everything no matter what it is if it wasn't for my husband wanting to stay banking there my money would definitely be at a different bank. I have over $25,000 at this bank and all I walked in and asked for was printed statements of my bank account one lady told me they can't do that there customer service over the phone told me they can another guy walked up to the counter and told me he could do it but it was $5 per page. I called customer service back they waived all the fees and sent me all the statements I asked for. Not sure why I was being told they couldn't do it then it cost so much per page yet calling the 800 number they were willing to waive all fees and send me everything for free I think there's a lot of lazy people in Big Spring Texas

Great service, excellent tellers, and willing to go the extra mile to keep customers happy. I wouldn't bank with anyone else.

The worst bake ever go to citizens or any other better. Mabie it's just big spring tx one sucks

Very slow, they only had one bank teller and he wasn’t even paying attention who came in at what time. We have been waiting 2 hours and he has been grabbing people who have been waiting for 30 minutes and when told who was next of waiting he ignores. Terrible service.

Phone Customer service was horrible she said she was located in south texas. They made me wait on the phone even though the lady knew the customer complaint department. I was going to file a complaint on him and her being rude and not assisting me. I spend my hard earned money with them and they cant even assist me in changing my phone number or a transfer! Closing my accounts asap. I can’t believe ive been a customer for years. These are no good rotten people. They charge you for protecting your own account for over drafts.

The ATM does not work for deposits making this bank slightly less convenient for depositing cash at 4:30 am.

I've called 5 times and have not gotten ahold of anyone.

Poor customers service on location, bank hours are awful.
