    I have my IRA thru Wells Fargo. Actually I was with Strong, Wells took them over. I was impressed with them from the start. I needed withdraws a couple times and they took me on with no appointment. Now I have there contact so I can better plan with them. They are large but the people I have met and dealt with were classy, professional and genuine. While waiting for paper work to be done we talked a little about family and plans for an upcoming holiday. They were very hospitable. Highly recommend.

    I've been a Wells Fargo Bank patron for a long time. This branch isn't one of the best I've dealt with. And I've dealt with them in half a dozen states across the country. I also brought them a lot of mortgage loan business back in the day. I feel like the problem here is at the branch manager level. The tellers are great and the bankers are fine but there are little things, like making me bring extra documentation before accepting a large check for deposit, a manager level discretionary decision. Maybe another is the extremely onerous covid precautions in place right now. Surely the manager has say in that as well. There was also the time they closed the wrong account on me or the time they mistakenly cancelled a bank card when I came in for a cashier's check for a large purchase. I won't stop banking at WF because of these things. People are only human after all. But I do hope they keep working to be better here.

    . The cashier was a sweetheart, the banker hand better things to do then help out a customer. Unfortunate to be made to feel unimportant by the bank you had had account with for 30 years. Lesson learned, I’ve heard credit unions are reliable too.

    I have a mortgage with Wells but I've use a different Federal Bank for checking (for more than two decades.) I called the bank and they will not help me with basic transactions. Very poor and they ensured that I will not come back to this bank.

    I need to talk to a personal banker and I now work pretty far from my normal branch so I made an appointment online and then went in to this location. It was easy to find and the interior was very nice. The personal banker, Ryan, was very helpful and very friendly.

    Had 2 forms of correct identification they would not let me withdraw funds from my account the manager was thier he did not resolve this bad service after an hour and total humiation I got my withdrawal the reason you have 2 forms I identification is so you have a smooth transaction I would avoid this bank at all costs

    If I could give a minus star rating, I would. I have a variety of bank accounts all over town. This location consistently takes FOREVER to process drive through transactions. Tonight, I arrived as the next car in line with three lanes available, but all occupied. It took 16 minutes to get one of the three cars front of me to move/complete their transaction. This review is out if cumulative frustration over repeated inefficiency at this location. If time is important to you, stay away from this time suck of a location.

    Possible money has been stolen from my account.My check was deposited then deducted then the Transaction has also been deleted online. Giving W.F. Fraud Dept a chance and have not called me back in 8 days.Will go to the police next.

    Workers are never friendly and usually have a difficult time understanding what you want to do in your transaction. It usually takes many explanations for them to comprehend your transaction.

    Go tin drive thru to get money and they won’t let you get over $500 in the line. There IS NO sign (like most banks have) that tells you this before you sit and wait in line. When questioned the lady as to why there isn’t a response “it hasn’t been approved by management.” Did you even ask? Lame response and lame drive thru service. Very disappointing.
