Wells Fargo Bank Broadway, Lemon Grove

Always 30 min line, there's no time when they don't have a line. 2 tellers , 10 people outside on the street in the heat. Don't even have a shade outside. Difrent day, same story :)

Do not make a bank account with Wells Fargo . They have changed their bank policy and the new policy is targeting poor people . So if you don’t have $500 in the bank there would be a service fee of $10 . Get ready to get sued Wells Fargo !

So much for a bank catering to their business customers. No line for merchants at this branch...I guess I'll be looking for a different bank.

I asked the service manager to deposit my remaining funds into a specific account, and give me cash back. she deposited into the wrong account which was my joint account. I asked her several times before leaving was my account clear, and was the check on hold, her answer was yes. It was not clear!

They are very good and patient and so are we, their customers wre are all trying to get through this with each others help thank u🙏😊

I had the worst experience here. I had a 10 am appointment and when I got there the guy I had an appointment with was sitting with another family. I proceeded to sit there for 40 minutes before I finally had enough and walked out. I got no phone call or anything beforehand telling me that someone had called out and that the wait would be longer. The guy also told me he would see me shortly and that was before I waited for 30 more minutes. Horrible management and horrible experience Wells Fargo needs to do better this was embarrassing.

If you care about your time then don’t go there . I am shocked by one of their bankers intelligence. Apparently I didn’t find any. After waiting for 30 minutes for this banker to Delete my bank statement information because the other person in my back account wasn’t with me . Remember I have joint account with that family member and the same checking ! Spending half an hour to delete 6 months of checking statement isn’t smart at all after printing infinite amounts of papers! Not to forget that I have the access to these information !

The conversation with Wells Fargo receptionist was deterrence in nature. She avoided at every instance in assisting me with my banking.

Very pleasing! Every worker there deserves a high-five! SO NICE! Offered lollipops and is asked how my day is going! Wonderful work guys!

Never a wait! The best branch. Great people!
