    Went into the bank to change my checks because I wanted my money that day and didn’t want to wait a day l if I had deposited it at the ATM, but was told by a semi bald MALE that next time to deposit my checks outside so I don’t go into the bank in a rude way when it’s CLEARLY HIS JOB to work at the bank because he’s not doing me a favor by doing it It’s HIS job. Not only that but made an appointment to open my sons account like they said and I showed up and they said my appointment didn’t exist.

    It was ok tellers were nice and fast I would give 5 stars but entrance from main street closed you have to enter from the back which makes it confusing

    changed policy on me without notification, accrued overdraft fees because of this addition of monthly service fees after being told I would have none. great as long as you keep an eye on them and keep them honest.

    Everyone I have worked with here is courteous and friendly! They go out of their way to do a great service. This branch has that good old country town feeling welcoming you right in! They also get involved with community events. I have seen plates of cookies and and coffee many Fridays. They also give free water bottles. If you are the type that bounces checks and keeps low balances, you will pay a lot in fees. Otherwise you should be ok. Just pay attention to the rules.

    I had bad experience in this bank. Employees are too slow and nobody helping to their customers. Long time wait.
