I have been considering leaving Wells Fargo and I particularly don’t come to the Port Chester branch. I came in to close my business and personal account. I was greeted by Mr. A Rodriguez the branch manager. I was acknowledged immediately I sat down with him and for the first time, I felt someone was actually listening. He procced to correct my issues and talk to me about my relationship!! Not once did he mention a product. Long story short I left my relationship intact. Hire more people like this manager ASAP.

Slow if you need to talk to a banker. But to deposit and recounter money pretty fast.

Generally is very good. I come to this branch about 2 times a week, but this time I was attended by Kevin Pierron. Completely impolite. Would not answer good morning or thanks. Incapable of saying a simple word! I was supposed to sign something that I forgot, and instead of he saying “could you please sign here” he just left the check in the counter assuming that I knew what to do. I asked him what I should do, and on a very impolite way he said “sign”. That’s not how you offer customer service.
