Wells Fargo Bank Kiogak St, Utqiagvik

This bank is a God-send! Normally, I wouldn't give Wells Fargo the time of day... However, this is the ONLY 'main' bank! Also, they heat their ATM lobby! MUCH appreciated, as my hands were numb upon entry! I was able to warm-up, AND get some cash! :-)

Really get a standout customer service experience every time I go in here. I suspect much of it is thanks to the awesome and friendly general manager, Brad, who has kept this branch humming the last 19 years.

Decent branch and has a good money supply.

I was thoroughly impressed with the high standard of customer service. Every staff member with whom I talked was helpful, courteous and informative. I must commend what may be a customary practice for the Barrow branch alone. I saw an elderly woman come to the teller's window, she was gently reminded that there were other people before her in line. However, something else happened that I have never seen in any other Wells Fargo Branch. She was told very politely that she could take a seat and reminded her that elders are given preference as for her place in line. She thanked him and took a seat. I was so pleasantly surprised at the "custom" of serving elders first. The elderly person was not a native elder. So I surmised that all elders received the same courtesy. If Barrow is the only Wells Fargo branch that does this, I commend them for their respect for elders.

Most of the time it's quick and your in and out. A few other times during high volume of transactions people need to make it can get slower. Over all good service.
