    I signaled to turn into the drive through only to find traffic cones. No sign to let the public know how long they would be there. I then called them 3 times with no answer, wanting to question their opening status. Then I went to the website and it had no statement speaking to the drive through closure. In fact, it states it is open. Communication is key if you want returning customers.

    Doing banking business with this branch of Wells Fargo for the last 5 years has been easy and stress free. Never had a problem with any transactions and when I have had questions, they answered me promptly and with a smile.

    Wells Fargo is the worst bank ever . Service and IRA accounts . They have ripped me off of money from an IRA. They do not return calls . Complaint department is also the worst . No help ! I will continue to push to get my money back but when no one will answer or return your calls hard to resolve . I just get bills in the mail for managing my account . This bank is the worst ever . I will tell everyone I meet my story .
