Really poor customer service. They are giving us issues with a bank account that my grandparents had and we are trying to get it sorted out and they are giving my family major issues. I had issues with this bank before and had to switch to another bank when I lived out there. I have Wells Fargo in Las Vegas and they are awesome so it is just this branch that has the poor service.

They told me to come to the door for a cash advance and once inside they don't give u any information. Me and another girl are just standing here wondering who is going to help us and what we are doing while one girl sits at her computer and 2 others keep helping people coming in from the drive through. Very unprofessional! Other women keep walking through not acknowledgeing us!

Covid is pretty much over i could not get through calling the branch directly at this time only "2" employees working. called the help line they said i could walk in. I did and was then sent to the drive through

Very poor customer service at this location. It's worth the drive to Albuquerque not to deal with this Wells fargo.
