One star is a complement for them . Worst wells fargo in omaha. Very bad customer service, everyone is so rude and ignorant. They make every other wells fargo in town look so bad.

Wells Fargo deleted my last comment. This branch in 2014 or 2015 fired every employee from every teller to the Branch Manager. They opened up fake business accounts so they could each get the money that Wells Fargo deposited into their accounts. Stealing from the bank. Belinda the district manager who is in charge of all of this let it slide and nothing happened to her. Try actually operating a decent business instead of being thieves. Try not deleting this one.

I stopped into this location a few days ago for a couple edits to my accounts. Raisa helped me and she was so kind, easy to chat with, and took care of everything I needed. This branch is lucky to have her.

Wish I could Give this place 0 stars. Garbage customer service. They do not care about customer loyalty. Taking $600 over a 6 month span is pretty ridiculous and to tell someone there's nothing you can do because of your "policies" are bs. Wouldn't ever go back if you gave me 100,000$

This branch is the worst operation I`ve dealt with. Customer service does not exist, they don`t listen to your wants or needs and constantly push their slipshod products. The managers are robots who tow the company line and can`t functions as human beings (One size fits all). The drive through crew is rude and operate in a haphazard manner (gave me another persons deposit slips and have place my deposits in other persons accounts more than once). I truly believe this branch is where they train the newbies and send the folks who can`t make the cut. I`ve only got one account with them and when it`s done I`ll never use Wells Fargo again and will go out of my way to stop others who are looking for a banking institution to work with.

Wells Fargo as a whole is a very poorly run institution. I have dealt with them for over 25 years on and off. Every time I thought they have changed and give them another chance the more I get disappointed. Mr. Stumph, I believe that's how he spells his name, their CEO is a good man and a good leader I think it will take him much longer than he thought to make his bank and mortgage employees understand what "customer service" is. I refuse to deal with them anymore, I have had Mortgages with them, Bank loans, Car loans, you name it and the customer service is awful in every branch. In short, the Wells Fargo Employees treat you as if they are the customer and you're there only for THEIR benefit. What a shame. One of the oldest, if not the oldest, banking institutions in the entire country and can't get it right.

Horrible customer service. The bank doesn't care about its customers at all. Had an issue Brian refused to let me speak to a supervisor and than literally called me a liar 4 times. Been a cust since 1999 that's the way they treat ya. I will move my accounts elsewhere.

Raisa is hands down the best and most professional person I could ever want to work with! She is knowledgeable and courteous! She gets an A+
