Avoid Ray Moore at ALL COSTS. From the first day I met him, I got a bad vibe from him. Couldn't explain it but didn't like him. He came recommended by my mother in law so I figured I was crazy. As soon as we found a house we liked and started the process of actually buying it, Ray became nothing but an obstacle. At every turn, he slowed down the entire process and started becoming more and more disrespectful to everyone involved. He never even met our real estate agent and found it necessary to be rude to her also. We would turn in some necessary paperwork and he would ask us for it again days later. As if all this weren't enough, he faxed our personal information (social security numbers, bank account numbers, birth dates, former addresses, etc) to a random fax number at the Wells Fargo corporate office. The corporate office contacted me confused as to why I would do that. Everyone other that Raymond was a pleasure to speak to and work with. Wells Fargo would be wise to give that old geezer the axe.

Good Bank my dad makes quick runs here all the time! But you guys need to pick up trash and keep transients off property they also like to stare at people in the parking lot why they are using the ATM and it makes us very uncomfortable!

Small Branch but my preferred Branch to go to because it's quicker and more efficient friendlier tellers

Where to start? I have been a victim of identity theft. The person that stole my identity opened 4 Wells Fargo accounts in my name got a check sent to me by mail and deposited it in one of these accounts. Because I am not an actual Wells Fargo account holder they cannot help me get my money back. Today I called the Wells Fargo fraud hotline and they told me to go into a branch. The guy from this branch who’s name I didn’t get (an older, white guy) asked me what’s going on. I explained everything. He said, “so you’re saying you’ve been a victim of identity theft?” I said, yes. And he points to wife and says what’s her relationship to you? I said, she’s my wife. He said so it’s okay to speak about this in front of her? Yes, of course. If I was a straight couple would he ask that? The guy belittled me, stared out the window while I was talking and proceeded to tell me the company I claim mailed me a check is a fraud. A fraud? Yes, he said, they are from Florida and everything from Florida is a fraud. At this point I had enough... I picked up all my paperwork and left. I haven’t been treated so poorly or with so much disrespect. This guy made it very clear he was not interested in helping me at all.

Sadly they never answer they pick up the phone and hang up it's very annoying and un professional. I've asked more then once to please cash then deposit my checks instead they just deposit my checks making it impossible to be able to use my money until the next day! I am very disappointed.

this bank is very difficult, they don't have time to work with customers to help remedy situations, they at their own discretion, Flat out say no
