    Drive through has been our only option for the most part of the year as to our busy lives(where is are the customer service these day) . The management sees the large drive through lines but they have only one person at a time( inside their glass overseeing everything). Handling the drive through and one handling the walk-in(micromanagement) . we are not blind and deserve better. time to shop for a financial facility that is passionate about my business

    Wells Fargo is my bank, I came to cash a check and ask a few questions but not allowed inside. I called a few times but never got a answer. If you won't let people in at least answer the phone. I don't like going through the drive through.

    Courteous and reliable staff always have me in and out quickly. Of course I'm 100% understanding that there are many people who choose to bank with this branch and sometimes it seems like they all choose to come in at the same time, lol. Even though at times they are swamped, the staff here are excellent at their job and always leave a positive impact on my day. Thanks ladies and gentlemen!

    Truly the worst case of professionalism. Lacking is saying it mildly. Especially for a bank. I'm truly thankfull it's not the branch I normally do business with. What ever happened to going above and beyond your ability to satisfy your customers, who are the sole reason of a banks existence, from a business to a single individual. I went in to get a check register, which is something that should be set out for the customer to get themselves. But there was only one teller for the drive through and one for the lobby. I was standing next to 2 loan officers sitting at there desk. There was 5 people in line. I did not have time to wait just for a register. So I asked the loan officer if they had a register. He wasn't busy, he was waiting to go to lunch. He tells me the teller can get me one. I know they have them for when someone opens an account. I just walked out. Everyone I know that is also a Wells Fargo customer will know about this branch. YYour people need to be trained better. I guess it was below his pay grade. Thank you.

    Used to he a great bank in Hattiesburg but now both ATMs seem to be down all the time. As a tipped employee who worked overnights this save me so much trouble, but now its doesn't seem worth it. Might be switching banks soon because of this.

    Ok that was enough. I have to clock out early from my job to run all the way from 49 to old hwy 42 where I have my other shop and pickup the money that was made from the company I have contract with and deposit ones a week. 5 on the dot people are closing. This is awful it happen to me 5 times and because the last ligh and the bank in front of me now I have to ask permission ones more to get off early. Why I don't get more time just for the fact I get more money deducted. It will be my last month working with this company and I get close the account.

    Will Toney helped me and my wife open up new accounts even though we came in near closing. Put him in a tough spot at the end of a workday, but he was extremely helpful and cool and assured us it was no problem at all. 10/10 would recommend doing business at this place with people like Will working here!

    Very very rude people. Avoid this bank if possible. What's even worse is if you don't have an account with them there is no way to report or file a complaint to the main office.. I've called this bank 10 time trying to speaker with the manager. But it's say no one is available to answer the phone everytime Really poor customer service 🤔
