They have 1 teller here at the window, at 430 on a Friday!!! Like what? Today is pay day. And you have a line out the door. And people running around doing closing tasks. How about focus on the customers before thinking about getting out of here?

Extremely rude and lazy. They make up rules to whatever suits their mood. The wanted a woman to show ID to retrieve her ID that was left there. Then they refused to help lady cash her check because she wasn't a Wells Fargo customer but the check was written from a Wells Fargo account. Very poor customer service as I watch them not help half the people in line. They spend More time trying to get out of work then it takes to just do their job.

The amount of rudeness we got we come here all the time and today was the worst customer service we got our bank teller Mayra was like such in a bad mood she didn't even wanna talk to us we ask for a couple of thing she looked like she was irritated.... We like to come here but what we didn't like was the amount of rudeness we got !!!

The bank has run out of money. Do not bank at Wells Fargo they will nickel and dime you for everything you have. Each branch likes to make up their own rules when you call customer service all you do is get lipservice.

Drive through is usually up to an hours wait time. Lobby staff not always great with customer service and even lobby can be backed up with long waiting. This store seems to have been short on staff for over a year now. If there were another wells fargo close by I would definitely go elsewhere.

I wanted to give a special thank you to all the personal bankers. I have worked with so many different ones and the customer service I receive is outstanding! But one stands out the most Suzanne! she puts the the "Personal" in personal banker. With every transaction I needed to get done, she took the time to listen and handle every concern I had at a very emotional time in my life. Top notch customer service is what i receive every time I conduct business here. This is the only branch I can say that for, I would rather wait longer times for service or go through the hassle of finding a parking to receive the quality of service I get here. I truly understand why this is the second busiest branch in Colorado. The management really sets up their employees for success! Again Thank You

If I could score this place as 0 i would. Every time I go there poor customer service and the attendants are so rude. Maybe you guys need to train your Tellers a little bit better to be more polite and professional is that really too much to ask? Been a customer of Wells Fargo for many many many years and really consider canceling my account because of your poor customer service.

Not only are the wait times ridiculous, there's rarely any parking and the customer service is ridiculous. Every time I try to cash a check here they tell me I can't cash the whole thing or I can't cash half and deposit half or some other ridiculous thing(literally every time I go their rules change) when if I drive up to the Wells Fargo on 120th they'll be able to do what I need just fine. I've worked at the same place for 4 years and suddenly they won't cash my check and instead I had to deposit it at the atm meaning I won't have access to my money that I need for bills for at least another 24 hours if not more.

Terrible bank.... 20 minutes sitting and waiting without being acknowledged. Watched the line grow and fall with no help. Manager even walked by and didn't say anything. Two thumbs down for lack of service.

The well fed Mexican lady that works there is rude and unprofessional, she treats clients like garbage I spoke with corporate I hope something gets done about it

Nothing against WF, just this branch in particular. Tellers would not allow me to deposit a check, and made no effort to help me figure out why. Went to another branch and resolved the problem. Apparently the bankers at this branch just need more training (or something)

The wait times at this place are always absolutely insane but today takes the cake. Last Friday of the month and you only have two drive through lanes open with only one person servicing both? Felt bad for the poor guy, management should work out whatever scheduling issues they are having. I was literally in line for an hour and fifteen minutes for two deposits.

I went to make an international wire transfer...literally a 5 minute process from my previous experiences, BUT NOT at this location! It took this incompetent employee 40 minutes and guess what? STILL COULD NOT DO IT!!! I even said i will do it myself just give me access on our online banking and she still couldn't even get that done!! If you have a bunch of time in your hand and want to waste it by sitting on a chair at a Wells Fargo then this is the best location for you!!

This is by far the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Their staff is unprofessional and requires additional training. Most importantly, you can’t ever reach a live person at their office. No one should be in business if you can’t answer your phones and provide some decent customer service.
