Wells Fargo Bank W Queen Creek Rd, Chandler

I don’t go inside the bank that often but recently had the pleasure of meeting a teller named Isabella. The few times dealing with her have been amazing! From asking how my day is going to offering me bottled water, she truly makes my day a better one. Polite, professional and knowledgeable…. Wells Fargo, you have a great employee in Isabella!

I will never go to this branch again. I went in for help because my wallet was stolen and my ID and debit card was stolen. Martha DID NOT do what she needed to do. She failed to complete the fraudulent procedure correctly and put a "hard hold" on my acct the day I went in for help. My account was still accessed by the criminal at 2 other branches. I advise ... DO NOT go to this branch, more over DO NOT work with Martha. The proper procedure was NOT taken and followed and now I am seriously thinking of leaving Wells Fargo... after being a customer for over 21 years., what a shame. Might be time to switch banks!!

This branch is nice & is rarely busy, like super busy....the teller's are efficient to keep the lines moving. The bankers are mostly knowledgeable, & it's nice they don't have the bulletproof glass like some other branches. They usually serve cookies & bottles of water/coffee, which makes you feel invited & comfy.

I have Wells Fargo myself. My girlfriend wanted to open up her own account and we were comparing Wells Fargo with Washington Federal. The banker here was not very good with us, she made the 4 minute talk about opening an account the most awkward thing ever. We chose Washington Federal only because of the great customer service they gave us even when we told them that we were going to Wells Fargo after.

It didn't matter that I've been a customer for over 15 years, the charged me 9.75% for a used car loan having 760 credit, I was in a hurry to close on the deal so I bit the bullet, a month later refinanced it with another bank at 4.75%. For my business merchant account they charged me $800 for the CC processing machine while other banks offer it for free. Also, their merchant processing fees are more than double, needless to say I'm switching to another merchant processor. I would call Wells Fargo "The Bank of the fee"...lol

Branch Manager Tes was very friendly.. offered cold water and helped me with notary.. way to lead her branch and associates!

I was trying to change my last name on my debit & credit card 💳 it was so imposible and so tired at the branch WF located at Ray Rd & 48st and the another branch was Alma School & Chandler with a lot of excuses, today day I had 4 weekends trying to change my last name with these TWO branch and nothiiiiiiiing!!!!! Today after them again, I try this BRANCH or this location at 1100 W QUEEN CREEK RD and it is the best I ever been ❤️, I finally did. They take care about their customers, I feel happy and they make my day! I’m pregnant 🤰 of 8 months and it is so difficult to deal with Covid, pregnant, stress of others and this kind of customer service just make my day today!!!!! THANK YOU 🙏 so much NATHANIEL SKINNER and Claudia Schroeder to impulse this kind of service to your customers!!!!! definitely we as humans have the difference between ones and others, some make the difference and some just stay working for their own interest and thats the ONLY thing matters for them 🙂

Pushy about opening new accounts. They do not except bulk coins any longer. Generally speaking, the people are super nice. Almost too nice. They make it difficult to cash two party checks, even if you have tons of money in various accounts & a flawless record with them.

Ever since we got our home loan here, the staff of been just amazing to work with. Andrea McLelland and Michelle Hannan are always happy to help with our requests, banking and other wise. Wonderful people!

The Staff is nothing short of amazing!!!! If all businesses ran like this branch, the world would be a better place. Wow.
