I had a 130pm appt this past Monday and waited 20 mins before I left due to no assistance, none. However, I did reach out to upper management in hopes of receiving better customer service in the future for myself and others.

Worked there for 2 years before I moved and I can say the employees there want nothing but the best for their customers/fellow community members, unfortunately bc of banking regulations there are something’s that cannot be done and this is what usually upsets a lot of people. I no longer work there but I know they do their best to please the customer. No employee wants 3 or less stars haha!!!

The worst banking system on the reservation. Ive pulled my money long ago. My relatives get unbeknownst charges.

The fact that I can no longer deposit CASH into another account because they want you to use the damn zelle app and have you jump through hoops! But they can keep their damn pens on a chain?!?!? But the manager is trying to help as we speak
