    Ive only walked into this branch once before. The banker who helped me last remembered me immediately. I was quite impressed. With the volume of customers she helps and new faces she sees, to remember me only after one encounter shows me the quality of customer care.

    I deposit almost daily in my fathers business accout and one of the tellers made a msitake over adding $400 dollars into the accout. I went next day to tell them about it and they thank me and asked me if my name is added on the accout and i said no cz im only depositing. I get my father the next day to add my name on the account and they just didnt help me becuase my identification Id was one day expired and they refused to accept CA drivers liecence as an Id. My father the owner of the account told them that this guy is my son and that is my account i need him to be added and they didnt make it. I will close the account and never deal with them again.

    Horrible customer service. Actually had the gall to question where the money I was exchanging came from. Go to another branch. Better yet, go to another bank.
