This bank is not helpful to the elderly at all. I live in a Hud based apartment that requires me to show what I have every 6 months. I need a year of bank statements to show that I have nothing. Called to see if I can get copies. I sure can, for $5.00 a month. People in their 80's should be able to have help when they don't have available printers and other up to date gadgets. I get charged $10.00 a month service charge on a checking account that I use to pay 3 bills. Rent electric and cable, so since I don't use the amount of check this banks wants me to. I have to pay a service fee, but when I need their service I can't get it without them wanting more money.

Wells Fargo is horrible all around! This branch is constantly packed with ridiculously long lines. It takes forever to make a simple deposit. On top of that they’re requiring ID for cash deposits!! The teller I just dealt with was rude after I said it was ridiculous that I had to not only show my ID but remove it from the wallet entirely & hand it to her. Why is this necessary?? They can’t verify the name & picture as I’m standing in front of them?! I also requested 2 fifty dollar bills in exchange for 100 in 20s for my gift giving & she had a complete attitude and did it without even speaking. No apologies or reasoning offered regarding the ID, no thank you, no have a nice day, nothing. Yeah, I’ll be sure to continue banking with Wells Fargo. They’re the biggest criminals in the world & they’re trying to protect their consumers by inconveniencing them with this ID nonsense?? It’s hysterical.

I was having trouble calling into the customer service department for help . I went into the Holmdel Branch and Mitchel Katz jumped up as soon as I walked in the door and helped me right away. He was very helpful with connecting me to the retirement department where I was able to take care of my banking needs. I really appreciate the concern and the professionalism that he had conducted. Thank you for all your help Mitchel you are a life saver. Literally because the banking that was conducting was to withdraw money to take care of my dog that is ill with cancer and the money is going towards his chemotherapy. treatments. Thanks again

Racism in its texture. If you are colored  or have some shade to your skin color (not white skin), this branch may not be a branch to visit talk less do business with. By the way, I happen to have lot of friends of other color. Anyways, I went in there today to make a deposit to a family friend's account and the door was found locked. This was around 11am and it's not a public holiday. When I turned around to walk away, after taking  couple of steps away from the door, a lady came and open the door by unlocking it. She said something but I could not make out what she voiced out, I only guessed she meant the bank is open. Gently, as I made my way back to the door, "the door is broken" she said. I responded, "so why then would you lock the door if it's broken?". Well she lied of course judging from what I noticed afterwards. When I walked in, after she had unlocked the door, the whole bank looked empty.  I turned around and asked her is the bank really open? She responded, yes! I thought to myself so where is everyone? To my amazement, within a matter of minutes, I saw people popping out from where they seemed to be docking, behind something. I guessed they must have taken me to be a thief. If he is dark skin (black), he must be an armed robber. Thank goodness no police personnel came through to waste his or her time or perhaps harass me. Who knows how many people of color have been treated this way. Although I was able to handle it after sensing their fear, l wonder if they ever thought about how I felt knowing what they temporarily classified me to be.

I popped into this branch for a quick, simple request and the staff could not have been friendlier! I wish I grabbed the two girl's names who assisted me, so I could give them recognition. Even though my request was small, they gave me their full attention and were eager to help! I will continue doing my banking at this branch.

Worst customer service ever totally rude people working there and ultimately lazier than I've ever dealt with before. I order checks I never got them I called the bank three times and they're telling me it's my job to track him down because they're too busy. I tried asking for a manager and the lady was like I can't hear you so I raised my voice a little and then she tells me I was yelling at her. definitely seek your banking elsewhere this place does not know how to deal with customers.

The branch itself is probably fine, but its location is awful. If you merely wish to get access to the ATM, you've got to drive quite a ways from Rte 35, and into this large parking area off Union Avenue to reach it. It also never appears busy, probably validating what a pain in the neck it is to reach it from the roadway.

I don't like what Wells Fargo supports or how they treat their members. They call me still about once every few months to get me to try and come back even though I keep telling them I will never return.
