    Terrible Place . In line for an hour to speak to the most incompetent of people working there . They would be way better off having robots run the place . 0/10 service quality.

    I walked in anticipating another bad experience and they literally turned my day around. I was treated like the investment I am, not some punk kid with a fake check. You’d be surprised how far common decency can go towards making an angry young woman turn into happy patron who will be bringing her business to this branch repeatedly.

    These people are so unorganized. Went through the drive thru to deposit a check for our company and get cash back. Tyler the teller made us jump thru so many hoops. We asked since when do we need to fill out so many forms for such a simple tasks. He said it was fraud if we didn't. So bizarre being that every week we do the same process at other locations and have never went thru so much trouble. Then a girl came behind him and said no thats not right. They need to do this slip. It seems that the whole facility needs to take a class on customer service and further training on how to operate a bank transaction.
