Empty bank went to make deposit two tellers with back turned counting money third Korean guy with dark circles standing in between two tellers gossiping away while looking straight at me without greeting. Stood there for few minutes while he chitchat away again looking straight at me. Felt like I was back in high school getting the stare down. Stop your gossip and acknowledge your customers. Disgraceful customer service very unprofessional

Have not receive my checkbook for over 2 months now. Impossible to speak to the banker over the phone. They just ignore all the calls

I personally think Wells Fargo is horrible bank I had issues with my debit being for stuff I didn’t purchase. I claim in for it cause there over 30 purchases. I talk to someone on the phone they told me I can’t get a new for year. Just went to the Wells Fargo in fort Lee no withdrawal forms. Absolutely horrible. Wells Fargo sucks.

I started my bank here after my disability. It’s not a great bank. I deposited a $100 bill on the ATM, I didn’t ask for a receipt (thinking of the Earth...getting it printed, me throwing out the receipt, instead of recycling), this transaction was not recorded in my statement, AND when I asked a female teller for $345 in cash, I asked for 6 $50, 2 $20, and 1 $5. I saw the teller put a $20 on the side, after counting all the money! Since I never had a teller STEAL from me, I didn’t bother counting the Cash!! BIG MISTAKE!! ALWAYS COUNT YOUR CASH!!

I drove an hour from Queens, NY to make a wire transfer because there are zero Wells Fargos in Queens. I got here an hour before closing and was told by the manager all the bankers were busy. After the Wells Fargo account scandal the new CEO said they were going to change the culture and prioritize customer service. This is obviously not true and this was the last straw for me. I have been a customer/shareholder for 15 years with a checking, retirement, and brokerage account, but today have closed every single account and moved to JP Morgan Chase and Fidelity.

The manager here, Felix, was amazing. I had an issue with a check that was in the estate of my father addressed to my sister and me. I had gone to several banks, chase multiple times, Capitol one and each told me they were unable to help. Chase told me I'd have to hire a lawyer, draft a fiduciary and open an estate account. Felix told me to open a joint bank account in both my sister and my name and I was able to deposit the check. I have been dealing with this issue for the past year and running in circles. He is a genius and I am extremely appreciative for his help. The check cleared yesterday!

I’ve been a WFC customer for over 15+ years. This bank is the worst for service and support. I have both personal, business, investment, LOC, CC, and IRA accounts. Very difficult getting anything accomplished. Not very user friendly to their customers and especially during the past year of pandemic with Covid-19.
