    I ran in having a panic attack because my computer had been hacked, and my info was comprised.All bankers were busy with appointments. I told the tellers my situation. I made calls to customer service, there was a backlog. I sat in a chair. A lovely lady, Johanna came out and sat with me and asked me what was going on. She calmly and kindly reassured me and told me what steps to take. This woman was knowledgeable, frank, and considerate. My blood pressure immediately went down. I will NEVER forget her kindness. PLEASE recognize her. She is a treasure.

    The branch manger Jessica is always accessible. When I had issues that needed to be resolved at a higher level, Jessica always advocated for me and and brought forth the best solution. Sasha, my personal banker, works diligently on a complex array of banking issues that I have every week. Countless times she has stayed after hours to help me with my banking needs. No where else have I ever had someone work for me and fight to protect my money, business, and assets like she does. As for the rest of the staff, the names are too numerous to mention, but I’ll try anyways: Godwin, Ms. Lowe, Mr. Perrault, Ms. King, Craig S., and Natasha. They have all consistently gone above and beyond to welcome me and meet my needs to the fullest. I would recommend this bank and this branch to anyone!

    Personal Banker/Bank Officer Jeff Gautier helped me out last minute today with a notary. He also shed alot of helpful information on my next credit card options when asked. Great guy. ⭐

    Very disappointed after years of using Wells Fargo how I was treated by a banker and the store manager. They made a mistake never apologized. Completely rude. Store manager seemed disinterested in really trying to help me out. She works in customer service and is not very customer oriented. They have yet to fix their mistake and when I called I was placed in hold for over 15 minutes and they never came back.

    They are short staffed, so they do not answer the phone, you have to go in and leave your name and number, then they will call you for a day and time, well I missed that one phone call and have tried to make an appointment online only for it to say that service is not available to all the service listed. I called and called, nobody answers the phone. I'm just trying to close an account, may have to try a different branch that will be out of my way, nevermind other branches don't answer their phone either. Guess customer service is not important to them.

    There is a teller at this bank who is truly the nicest person I've ever encountered in any customer service role. I seriously need to ask her what she eats for breakfast! I have encountered her numerous times, and she has never been anything short of amazingly friendly, helpful, and just an overall pleasant person to interact with. She usually works the drive through window, but is also eager to help in the store when she has a break in the line. I need to find her name and tell the branch manager, because this girl needs a raise or a promotion. Wells Fargo better figure out who this girl is and figure out how to keep her around.

    Here's another thing for today 5/25/2018 at 1:09pm, Lisa Russell had the nerve to asked me where I've been, and I told her I was at a different bank. Otherwise, I could've told her that it was none of her dag-gone business just because she hasn't seen me in a while. So what??? She doesn't have to see me in a while if she doesn't want to. If I come to the bank to make a personal withdrawal for my personal business, then so be it. Also, about their so-called "No Public Restroom" policy especially for Wells Fargo customers, I strongly disagree on that one. If the Fuquay Wells Fargo Branch does not want anyone especially me use the men's restroom there, then they're going to try to stop me even if I ask for their permission. There is no sign saying "Employees Only" just because I'm not allowed to use the restroom back there?? Please miss me on that. This is a free county. Just because you have other employees come in and work and ask me for my identification so I can make a personal withdrawal from my banking account does not mean that I am not allowed to use the restroom. The next time you new coming employees ask me for my identification just because your computer system changes, then you yourselves are not to stop me from using the bathroom if I really need to do so when necessary even if I ask for permission. Trust me, wherever other branches I may be, they let me use their bathroom as their customer. As a matter of fact, I don't have to use the bathroom at your branch if I don't want to. That's my call as a customer, not yours. So, you might as well forget about beating me over the head with your so-called "No Public Restroom" policy for the banking customers, because at the end of the day, we will use the restroom as long as we ask permission from you as banking customers only.

    I have been to this location a handful of times and Jessica Gralton is always amazing. I am not local to the area but visit frequently and prefer her to my local branch. Jessica has helped me as both a teller and a banker. She is very knowledgeable, and always ready to help. If you are looking for a great banking experience I highly recommend asking for Jessica.

    Staff members are awesome...personal and professional. Jessica King while being professional was also warm, friendly and very willing to do all she could to help us get a bill consolidation loan. She is a treasure.
