    Worst bank I have ever used. Tellers are never prepared and very slow. It seems the process they have to go through just to make change is very difficult. I can see why other Wells Fargo’s in the area have closed.

    The drive thru customer service in Chaska, MN was horrible. I was only requesting a bank statement and there was no cars behind me and they said that I still needed an appointment. They told me to go to a different branch which I did and the other branch printed it out right away, no question ask!! Thank goodness I’m closing my account and opened a new account with a credit union. Clearly no one in that branch wants to WORK!

    They dont answer their phones. I was trying to make an appointment to open an account with them. With this many bad reviews how is this branch still open ? Clearly there is an issue with the service here.

    Drive thru is super slow, always takes at least half an hour ! Short staffed all the time! Save yourself some time and bank with a better bank!

    Garbage service really slow. Update went again yesterday to try to make a credit card payment was a elderly lady infront of me that had been waiting 20 minutes she ended up leaving. I waited 15-20 minutes my self finally got help and made a payment after I made the payment I asked to see what my remaining balance was for the teller to say I already left the screen looking at me with a blank stare. I will be going to a different bank and closing all accounts along with my girlfriend closing her wells Fargo account. Horrible service and slowwwwwww wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone not to mention the atm is always out of money

    I wanted to open a checking account, but the guy behind the counter told me that none of the five employees there could help me do that and I would just have to do it online. I don't feel like they cared at all. I just can't understand how you have a bank that doesn't have the people to open a bank account. Horrible.

    The worst banking experience ever. As a 20 year Wells Fargo customer, I have been to a lot of their branches, this one is the worst I have experienced. I went in to simply open an account, something I have done before with Wells Fargo with no issue. From the get go they didn’t want to help me. They right away said it would be a 5-minute wait and that I should drive to another branch, which would take longer than 5 minutes, so I waited. Then they asked for my paper work, which I had all the paperwork listed on the company website. Then they asked for a notarized letter from the state of my tax ID, which as anyone knows, the state doesn’t do it that way nor is it required. I told them I had my tax ID and could even pull it up from the state website to prove it was mine. At that point they told me to leave and even said I was probably trying to set up an account to launder money. I pointed out I had all my paperwork and their demand for a notarized letter was not a required document and the accusation was out of line. I called corporate and they confirmed, NO SUCH PAPERWORK IS REQUIRED. They said as long as I know the number, that’s all that is needed. Wells Fargo corporate apologized and made sure I was able to set up my account, no thanks to this branch. The branch service manager and employee lied. I don’t know why they acted this way, but I don’t feel safe with my money with such people. This branch needs management that cares. Until then, bank at another branch. When a service manager is willing to lie to a customer, that’s a bad sign.

    50 minutes in the commercial drive through. Only 2 cars ahead of me - they normally are slow however they've become painfully slow over this last month. As I'm writing this no movement still 53 min later

    How can I make an appointment if nobody picks up the phone? No option to leave a message or a call back number. The cassette tape must be broken or full. The issue has been resolved, called a different branch in a neighboring community. They picked up the first time I called and made an appointment for the next day.
