Directed to this branch because it was closest to my final destination. I'm super jealous that a branch such as this exists so far from my normal stomping grounds. Friendly staff, ample parking and a freaking Starbucks in the same building! I don't know who designed this place but they deserve to take a victory lap.

BEWARE. Someone in THAT bank is taking deposits and pocketing the money and getting away with it. I opened my first checking and credit line with them and was asked to make a $300 deposit for the credit line I'd get it back if I left Wells Fargo. Flashback years later and I discovered I was never supposed to leave a deposit for that type of card in the first place. This was my first bank, I was inexperienced and whoever works there took advantage of that. Since I had no 'proof' and the person obviously did not write down that they took a $300 deposit for card that doesn't require it, I was not reimbursed. And then imagine my mother's concern when she heard because guess what? She ALSO had been asked to make a $300 deposit and will you look at that? No 'proof'. No written record of any deposit.

I called to ask to come in to do a wire transfer and Keith told me I would be turned away at the door because they were too busy. Unprofessional and rude. You cannot tell me I cannot come to my bank to move my funds.
