I'm literally in my car in tears. Stopped to use the ATM at 9pm, I'm a woman, trying to be aware of my surroundings when I see someone running at me. I freeze, scared at what to do just to have the night cleaning person stop beside me to change the trash bag. At night. Next to someone with a handful of cash. Wells Fargo, maybe train these good folks to wait five seconds so I can get my cash and not feel like I'm about to die.

A loved one passed on. This place was very nice but so UNHELPFUL. They told us that we had no rights. Had they just looked quickly on their computer, they would have found out that they were wrong. But they didn't even take the five minutes to check. We went there twice and they turned us away. We went to a different branch and they took care of us without a problem.

They have a habit of not giving people their money and then calling the police on them.
