Wells Fargo Bank S De Anza Blvd, Cupertino

Might be one of the slowest banks I've ever used. No matter the time of day they have no more than 2 tellers helping no matter how long the line gets. I own several businesses that bank with them. Just coming to get change takes 45 mins. Please open up more tellers.

Decent parking. You can use the ATMs inside to withdraw cash above your daily limit and in denominations up to $100. Very convenient. I also like the one-time use ATM access code that you can generate using the smartphone app. You don't need even need to carry your ATM card.

Great staff who are attentive and quick to help you with your needs. I only take off a star because the ATM's on the outside are always kind of janky and sometimes don't read the checks properly even if the checks are properly aligned and placed in the correct orientation.

Not all branches are helpful. This one is. I was converting USD to CNY. Overall I don't like WFB's policies, but this particular branch is good. And if you want a good coffee, walk half a block to BitterSweet

excellent service at this particular location! i would come in and always greeted with a smile and a “welcome”. the service manager in the front, Karen, she is just the sweetest person ever and she does her job so good and she knows what she is doing! i just have to mention my favorite banker Stella! she is absolutely amazing and she helped me out so so much in my banking needs!! been with WF for many years and i couldn’t be happier with the service especially with this branch location! 11/10 would recommend coming to this location for your banking needs. but they do get a bit buys around 11:30-1:30.

I came to this bank just my phone turning 6 PM and the guy at the front door said I'm sorry but we close, and I tell him that I just need to do a deposit and its just turn 6 and he said there close, they should put on their door that they close before 6 not at 6. This is not a good way to treat there customer more, when I move al my business with their bank. I will not come to deposit no more to this place. If I could I will give zero star.

The Wells Fargo always post ur transactions any day they want it can be posted same day or 2days after u made a purchase, specially if they see that u don’t have balance in ur account now then they go back and try to charge u for insufficient balance of the purchases u made days ago while u have enough balance 🤦🏽‍♀️ It’s so hard to save with Wells Fargo 😥 If u live month to month check better go to community bank.

Donato Rivera was extremely professional and patient with us. He helped us notarize important documents and was very easy and enjoyable to work with.
