This Wells Fargo branch is the worst experience I have ever had and I like doing business with them. One of their tellers, Jennifer, failed to mention how deposits are handled until after she completed the transaction. With nothing but an "oh to bad" I feel my needs were not handled properly. Had I known there was going to be such issues with their branch, I would have come to my Downtown LA branch where they make anything and everything happen. Each branch handles things a little differently and this one by far has treated me the worst. I am positive I am going to close my business account and personal accounts.

Contacted Jessie lee for a refinance then handed a copy of all my paperwork, she didn’t call me back. 2 weeks later I call and text her and she is not returning my calls. Horrible service. I will take my refinance needs to another bank.

Waited 30 mins for a simple deposit. And the business line is not open. Unacceptable. Will not come to this branch again.

Today I walked in to the branch for a quick deposit and Stephanie the teller was able to help me out with the deposit she was so nice and had a smile on her face the hole time I was there I will return to this bank again thanks to Stephanie good customer service 😊
