Wells Fargo Bank S State St, Murray

All I will say is they are unethical as an establishment, and unwilling to provide a resolution for a problem they created with their system. I will never bank here again. Shame on you Wells Fargo.

This bank has the best customer service I've experienced in all my years at Wells Fargo, no exaggeration. I came in to Utah from out of town and was in need of a loan. The bankers had no opening in their schedules until the late afternoon but they were able to assist me even though they had a full schedule. Even when they assisted me, I didn't feel rushed because they were busy, I really felt valued. They were super friendly and I really hope they get some recognition or bonus or something for the good work they do. Thank you Megan, Elisa and the bank manager sorry I forgot his name.

I came to salt lake to purchase a vehicle. When I showed up the seller would not accept my check. Even though I was from Montana and didnt bank with Wells Fargo this staff let me schedule an appointment and helped me 2 days in a row to do a cash advance off my debit card so I could purchase this vehicle. Nicest staff I've ever met. Maria in particular was the one who helped me. I feel this staff deserves a raise. Thankyou wells Fargo for helping me when I was out of my own hometown

I appreciate the wonderful service of this location, I visit quite often and tellers are always welcoming with warm reception, specially Sonia always shows utmost professionalism and perfection. I thank everyone for serving my banking needs with such a professionalism. Thank you

DON'T BANK HERE!!! Wells Fargo is the worst and rudest bank ever. This branch manager and staff are the worst, very RUDE!!!! A few years ago my father passed away and he had an account and a safety deposit box there that I needed to get in to. I was the executor of the will I had all papers to get in the box. They said on the phone that it would not be a problem. I drove down there they would not let me get in the box. I was shocked with all the papers I had. WOW!!! I was not happy after what they said on the phone that is was fine to get in the box. I brought my wife, they let her see what kind of box he had. WOW what, how does that happen? After the manager and staff getting frustrated and me not happy, they called the police to the branch. Absolutely the worst experience I have had with Wells Fargo and the staff. Not to mention all the other issues with Wells Fargo the last few months lying to customers on the phony account scandal. I hope they go out of business.

This location is extremely racist. Most people there treat their customers rudely and most are Hispanic and cluster up together and leave others out even when it comes to customer service. I don’t want to bank here ever again. This location is a red flag and they treat their customers poorly when they aren’t like them.

Brandon the branch manager was exceptional. He called me back after they had a couple missed calls from me. Then he went above and beyond helping me with my request, and offered some suggestions to save me fees in the future. He was also genuinely friendly throughout the whole process. I would come back here for this quality of service!

I went in to this location today with an urgent wire transfer. I had a rough day and kind of snapped at the people behind the counter. Megan realized i was in a rush and dropped what she was doing to help me right away. She was professional, extremely nice and handled my business right away. People like Megan are the reason i still bank with Wells Fargo. Thanks!

I love Wells Fargo! I give them 5 stars for great customer service. Me and my husband have never had any problems or with needing a new card for losing them (about 5 times within a year and a half! lol) Thank you Wells Fargo for being awesome! Keep up the good work you do everyday for your customers...

Went to cash a cashiers check(From Wells Fargo) today which they wouldn't cash .. I had my state drivers license and my birth certificate for my second form of id. I will not take another check from this bank . Every other bank and credit union had no problem with my birth certificate as my second form of id. If i could give them no stars i would have.
