Wells Fargo Bank W Ridge Dr, Dickinson

Today 03-10-2021 I needed to go to Wells Fargo to cash a check given to me as funds for my husbands final expenses (01-25-2021). It has been a challenge to complete these tasks but today I received excellent service at this branch from a young lady named Randi who cashed it for me quickly and with friendly ease. She's a credit to your branch, and speaks well of Wells Fargo to have such professional employees. Thank you😊

Nobody answers the phone when you call. You have to make an appointment to do mostly anything except a deposit or withdrawal online. I went through the hassle of filling out all my information and requesting an appointment. The day before my appointment a banker called and asked for the reason I'd be coming in. When I told her she said they don't offer that service in this branch, I'd have to go down to Bowman. If they answered the phone in the first place I would have avoided a lot of frustration and time wasted!

The only reason they get a 2 star experience is because they are at least friendly, but as far as service goes.... these people have their heads up their arses. Have had them for 4 months and that is as long as I will keep them. I asked the lady there if she could fax a letter to me and she asked me if it was t Wells Fargo I said no it was to the place that is foing to direct deposit money into your bank. Well apparently Wells Fargo does not have the ability to fax. The only thing they have access to is to fax another Wells Fargo. I highly doubt that is the case. To bad I do not have a BNC branch here, they always went the extra mile in any way to help out their customers. They helped me out with printing emails, faxing, faxing things not even bank related as well. That is what customer service is all about. Not WELLS FARGO.

Been banking with Wells Fargo for 8 years now and have never had a bad experience. I have been banking at this branch for the last 2 years and have gotten 2 loans with them. Always a good experience with them!

I'm not with Wells fargo, they are a accommodating branch in Dickendon, ND I had some old checks, from an old account they took and shredded for me.

So far, it's been the best bank I've ever used. My only complaint is that it's not the kind of bank where they know you by name and you get that personal, hometown banking kind of treatment. But still a good bank, no doubt.

I don't bank with Wells Fargo but I'm glad I don't! I get regular checks made out to me from this bank and it's always an issue for my bank to verify and even when I try to cash at a Wells Fargo bank, the process in which they verify is ridiculous. You have one bank saying money is there but the next bank in another town unable to verify when the deposit was all cash to begin with... just a headache all the time. They need a new system!! This is a review for the south Minot location but the Dickinson location is the bank that never answers the phone for other wells Fargo banks to verify!!

If I had the option to give them no stars I would. Terrible bank. Always paying overdraft fee for transaction that they are more than happy to approve even if the funds are not available. Then they charge a 35$ overdraft fee to each and every one of them purchases they authorized. Unbelievably ridiculous! I would use other words, but I'm not at liberty to say.

I travel a lot and this is the first wells fargo that won't do a cash advance with a competitors debit card. Called corporate and they said that every branch does/should.

I came in to see a banker and I was the only one in the lobby waiting. Then about 10 minutes later a crowd of people came in the lady banker went immediately to the people who just walked in. I said something to them and they told me I would have to wait and they would get me in as soon as possible. Well then they helped another person who came in after me.
