Webster Bank Cedar Swamp Rd, Glen Cove

Waited in the drive thru fifteen minutes today with one car ahead of me. When I looked inside of the bank, I saw they had only one teller assigned to the bank windows and drive thru. They are doing more with less which affects the customer wait time. Hire more people!

I stop by to get a temporary debit card . The guy made me spent over an hour just to issue me the card and order a new card for me and my wife . When I try to use temporary card . It did not work. And I never received permanent card and my wife debit card got delivered to an old address that he said he had updated... we spent over a month with no debit card ... my wife stopped again with no success getting it

The staff there are the Best, hands on, personal & Friendly! The Most personal bank So far, by far! Love them All, hard working, Always accommodating, Caring & Hard working with Love, God Bless & Thank you All❤🙏❤ XO

This branch is ridiculous I had about 6 six errors on my account in the passed 4 months and instead of helping you or fixing the issue they tell you that you are liable for any charges or fees that come along with their mistakes. One time someone that I don’t even know wrote a check using their check their account NOT mine but yet that check was prossessed through my account and paid someone else’s bills. I think they close their eyes and pick people at random to rip off money from. If you have an account I suggest either closing it or start using a different branch and if your looking to start an account don’t make the mistake of using this bank HORRIBLE !!!!!!

Was an Astoria customer, unfortunately now a Sterling customer., not by choice ....web page down 8/11 & 8/12/18 still not up & running today 8/14 but site says it's up & running. On phone for hours can't pay my bills online still. Will be changing banks ASAP..Horrible customer service **had to put 1 star or wouldn't let me post my review
