I do not recommend at all, they used to be great. My sister used them years ago but if you don't have A LOT of money and amazing credit then do not use them. I was losing my home due to my landlord selling the property so I needed to find something fast. I went through so much with Brad. It was one thing after another. I needed down payment assistance but he didn't have to much information on that and I had to figure that part out on my own. So I dropped them and went through Vincent Ortiz at Land Home Financial. Such an incredible experience. I hardly had to lift a finger, he even did my down payment assistance for me. He was so incredible, I was prepared for it to be hard due to everything I went through with Brad but it was not at all and we closed in 30 days. There were some bumps but he went above and beyond and took care of it himself instead of leaving anything up to me. Shop around and just know it doesn't have to be so hard, find the right people and buying a home will go smoothly.

If you are looking for direct lenders in Maitland, I highly recommend we are not the banks, they maintain complete transparency, and are amazingly patient with newbies who have a very faint knowledge about loans.

My wife and I have worked with Brad and his crew on our original mortgage and now our refinance. They also get a great rate and they always do what they say they will with no surprises. Eventhough they are very busy with the recent boom in the refinancing industry, they always get back to you quickly and always have the answers you need. I highly recommend them.

After reading all the reviews about peoples positive experience with Brad I felt good about contacting him. I spoke to Shawn and set an appointment to speak to Brad, which had to be set for 3 days later because he was so busy. This should have been my first clue. Brad did not call at the appointed time but 50 minutes later, at which time I could not answer. We finally spoke that evening. I immediately sent the documents he requested. I have never heard back from him, nor has he replied to my follow up email. If he is too busy he should have said so up front instead of wasting my time.

Brad is absolutely amazing! He worked miracles getting us our home during multiple setbacks. I cannot say enough how thankful I am for everything he did for us, and will absolutely send everyone i know thats looking for a home to him!
