This guy is a hack. We asked him how much extra we needed to withdraw from our check in order not to owe, and he neglected to tell us that we lost a huge chunk of the Child Tax Credit in 2019 and we ended up owning again. Dont use them they are incompetent. If I could rate zero stars I would.
