He always takes time to explain policies and make sure I am happy with the coverage and understand it. He responds quickly at all hours of the day (including late on a weekend when I was buying a new car and needed coverage to drive it home that night!). He is a fantastic person to work with whether you’re new to car and home ownership or are switching from another insurance company.
