We were traveling from the coast to Birmingham to drop off our grandchildren and noticed a vibration from the underside of our vehicle. We stopped at this dealership and spoke to Brittany in the service department. Despite being extremely busy and not having an appointment they quickly had it on a lift to take a look. All we could identify was missing plastic fasteners as the possible culprit. Dustin was the technician that looked the vehicle over and was extremely customer oriented and knowledgeable. I would have him work on any vehicle I owned if I had issues. This dealership provides superior customer service. Best I have seen in many years, hands down. Patrick , the salesperson, was excellent. He listened to what I wanted and in my budget and found me a car I couldn't leave without. He never pressured me into buying a car I didn't want or could afford. Brad, the finance manager was great at explaining my finance options and found me the best rate possible. The only 1 thing I could say that needs improving is negotiating the price. They would not come down much on price. Car places should always leave room for negotiating.....

We purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Patrick recently and the experience could not have been better. Great dealership with great people. Well worth the 100 mile drive from Florida.

Took my 2001 Nissan Frontier in for a recall and while there got a tune-up. Was shocked that the tune-up and to replace the fuel filter tuned out to cost over $900.00. About three months later the truck began to have a really bad skip, so I called back and found out the tune-up comes with no warranty and to determine the issue would cost $165.00. Nissan makes great products, but the over priced cost and no support after having recent work has left me looking else where.

In this day and time where every dealership claims the best customer service, Walt Massey Nissan actually delivers(literally). I called the dealership and spoke with Marissa Morgan, who may just be the most professional sales consultant I have ever worked with, she answered my questions about rebates, confirmed the Altima we were interested in was on site and in less than 30 minutes called back with a no nonsense out the door price and offered to deliver the car to us that afternoon (90 miles away) Absolutely the best vehicle purchase experience ever for our family.

I went to a couple of different dealerships and he was the nicest man I met during this process. Everyone down to the receptionist, paperwork guy (sorry can’t remember his name), were SUPER nice. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership! Mr. Johnny even called to make sure I made it home ok, and the service department lady called to let me know she was there if I ever needed anything. Truly amazing experience.

Ultimately there was excellent customer service. Friendly and with an impression of willingness to help. But I was advised by one of the women there that a van I wanted priced at 10500 increased to 11500 because I wanted to pay cash instead of financing. So the total purchased would be around 13000 after added fees and taxes. Needless to say, turned down the offer. That didn't sound right to me at all. You would think that cash buyers receive quoted cash price. Guess everybody's crooks. The extra money shouldn't even be worth the karma.
