Had a scheduled appointment , was informed it would be a couple of hours until they could actually even get me in . I’m on emergency call out for my job and it’s very difficult to be out for extended periods . I also used Walt Massey in lucedale and waited 4 1/2 hours for a oil change . I did not complain but the service rep said it would be no cost for the wait. Please hire more mechanics , and work on scheduling and organization of customers. My last few experiences have been horrible. I would go somewhere else but my work is set up for Walt Massey
