We've used Wallick and Volk twice now. Both times we had the pleasure of working with Joanne Demorest and the amazing people she works with. Mikala and Sara were both wonderful and on top of things. Any time, we had a question, they answered it the same day. Or if I asked the question after hours, I'd receive an answer first thing in the morning. If I were to ever go through the process again, I would go through these people. They know what they're doing and they help the home buyer through the process so that it's less stressful.
