Todd adds a personal touch that I'm yet to see from any other mortgage provider. For example, where other providers simply give a generic pre-approval letter, Todd also provides a personalized letter explaining my financial situation and a phone call to the seller's agent. This really helped my offer stand out because it communicated that my entire team (mortgage broker, realtor, myself) were on the same page in creating a financially sound offer. My realtor and I both agree, if it wasn't for Todd's above-and-beyond efforts, I probably wouldn't have gotten the house I did. In the competitive bay area market, Todd's personal touch will really help your offers stand out.
