VyStar Credit Union S Walnut St, Starke

I have been with VyStar since 2009 and I need to recognize a star employee of the Starke branch Jennifer Highland. I have worked with her for the last three years and she has always been wonderful. Very professional, very helpful, very informative, and is a great employee of VyStar. Because of her I stay at VyStar and she should be recognized for her work! Thank you Jennifer for years of wonderful service!

I have been a member of VyStar for many years. I want to take a minute to say a Big Thank You to Jennifer Highland, she is always willing to go out of her way to help in any way. You need more employees like her!

I've been a member since before it was Vystar. I joined the NASJAX FCU circa 1994, and in all of the intervening years I have nothing but pleased with with the extraordinary level of customer service, and the financial services offered by this fine organization. Then comes May 2022 and the colossal fiasco of the online banking update shutting it down for weeks now. With only a few few lame "oops, we didn't mean to" apologies with not a hint of when it may work again. I asked a Vystar rep why they didn't just revert to the old working system until the bugs could be worked out of the new system. The rep basically said it was because upper management didn't want to. This foolishness has been going on for weeks now without any prospect of resolution. and the lame email promises of it works a little bit and will work completely very soon. Just don't get it. I need working financial services to remit & receive various payments on a regular basis. After nearly 30 years it is time for me to withdraw my money and find a fully functional financial institution.

Shout out to Gary Jones at the Starke branch!! Even during difficult times Gary took the time after normal working hours to answer my questions and help with decisions I needed to make. Keep up the good work!!

I absolutely love Starke branch. Each and every rep is kind, caring and attentive. I will always visit the Starke branch over any other branch if I can help it.

Gary Jones was excellent as getting my loans approved. He was so friendly, helpful and patient. He will definitely be my go to person for my banking needs in the future.

I spoke to Kaitlyn Johnson, she helped me through refinancing a vehicle and paying off a high credit card with lower interest. What an amazing person!!! she went through alot of phone calls, emails etc. to get this all put together and stuck with me all the way. I didnt have to be referres to someone else. I've been with Vystar for about 8 years and hands down the BEST credit union out there.

Kaitlyn Johnson was super phenomenal!!!! She has some of the best customer service I’ve ever gotten from start to finish. She makes banking there so pleasant.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I receive every time I work with Chyanne Gerding. She is quick to respond to emails and always goes above and beyond to help me in any way she can!

I called in to enquire about banking and loan options and Justice at the Starke branch took my phone call. She was very, knowledgeable, professional, helpful, efficient and overall a pleasure to work with.
