I went into VyStar (Palm Coast Location) to open an account three days after the online difficulties began, all the employees at the Palm Coast branch had a very long day that day but you would not know it, because the customer service was impeccable. I was helped very quickly and Paula was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me that day. Two other female employees joined her to help when the system was giving her trouble. Paula helped me well past five o’clock to ensure my account was complete.

It's been nearly three weeks now that online banking has been off line. This is a catastrophic fail of product verification and validation prior to transition. I will be surprised if this credit union survives the negative results of this online banking failure. I was able to perform internal transfers of funds from saving to checking to cover expenses via a phone call, after waiting 35 minutes on hold. This is far from satisfactory, or even acceptable performance.

Went into the store and opened a checking/savings account with Joel, who was super helpful. Ive always had terrible luck with getting a credit card from any other bank ive been too and they were able to help me get one basically hassle free. The only hassle was from my employer who had my information wrong. Once that was straightened out everything was a smooth as butter. I appreciate the people who work here and i will deffinitely recommend anyone i know to them.

I had a huge scare at my credit union! My account got compromised and Amanda Talley made things all better for me! She got right on it and reopened new accounts and put my money back! Great credit union lots of perks!

Brand turned off their mobile banking functionality and offers no service to their customers now. There is no way for a customer to view their financial information besides going to the physical bank. This is a class action lawsuit situation. DO NOT BANK HERE, GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. I cannot even transfer my money out of the account into a different bank now, FRAUD.

VyStar changed online banking vendors recently. Was notified online banking would be down over a single weekend. It's now going on two weeks with no estimation for service returning. Should have immediately reverted to the old system when they realized they couldn't bring the new system online as planned. Furthermore, my cards have been frozen multiple times recently for fraud alerts that were my own legitimate transactions. Customer service reps sound tired and short and unfriendly during multiple contacts trying to get my accounts online. VyStar has gone way downhill in the 14 years I've been a member. They are consistently inconvenient and incompetent. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your banking needs. 1 Star for VyStar.

Everything like all the world is moving to impersonal service. You cannot speak to a person to get lending even as a large depositor pr They will keep your deposits and nice people at the branch but anything other than normal is expected to be a terrible experience. When speaking to a manager they just shrug their shoulders and said that's the way it is now nothing that could be done. That is not the way I do business if a client needs personal attention I would take care of them. Do not expect personal service

I have had the best experience with Vystar in comparison to all the banks I have used over the years. I have had terrible experience with banks before getting loans. Marilia went above and beyond and worked with me personally to get the loan for my car. She was there to help after a terrible car accident. She helped me through the insurance process and worked with the GAP insurance company to pay off the difference. She also worked with me to get another loan. Because of all her help the level of stress that comes with being in a car accident was minimized. She continues to help whenever I call with any questions or concerns. She is a great asset to Vystar. I appreciate all her help.

Worst experience ever, getting an auto loan. Was on the phone for a total of 6hours then was told everything was good to come in and sign and go. Got there waited an hour told paperwork wasn’t correct and to come back. Came back waited 3 hours to be told they can’t finish it that night.
