Kim was extremely professionally and knowledgeable. After a rough start about 3 days ago with another teller I was out in line to sit down and speak to someone. I was called by Ms. Kim. I was very upset crying and just confused as to why my card was declining and saying do not honor and couldn’t quite figure out why the 1st teller told me I would have to wait 6 months. Ms Kim explained to me exactly what was going on with my account and got me to calm down and I was at the verge of just closing my account but ms Kim saved me 😄 and I ended up keeping my account and depositing my money back into the account. Ms Kim deserves a raise and definitely some reconginition because it’s takes a special person to do the outstanding customer service ms Kim provided to me. Thank you so much Ms. KIM. Your the best part of VyStar!!! Thanks again!!

At first they were good. Then they updated their website. Since then it has been a terrible experience. I am to the point of possibly closing my account and finding another bank. They also just kicked a bunch of members out of the building because the power went out while I was in the middle of refinancing my vehicle. Now I am waiting in the lobby once again but I doubt I will be seen before it's time for me to go to work. This isn't the same Vystar it was before. It took a massive dump, and I am one very upset customer.

The fastest and easiest banking experience I’ve ever had. Carlesha was amaizng, and very professional. She made everything easy and quick, also throughly explained everything. Definitely recommending her and vystar to everyone!

We had the very best experience getting new accounts set up, transferring an IRA and more. The way things are now it takes a lot of navigating and they made it so easy. Everyone there has been a huge help, especially Vicki Mayer and Jessie Bowen. Thank you ladies!

I have only been with this VyStar for about 6 months at the most and it is by far the worst bank I've ever experienced. Besides the fact that they seem overly pleased with giving you bad news, they really have no interest in keeping your money safe... which is the ENTIRE purpose of a bank. There will be fees taken out of your account they can't explain. Their online app was down for a little over a month, leaving me to drive over 30 minutes to ask simple questions because answering the phone for them takes at least an hour on average, and when you do get them on the phone, they will hang up on you when coming across any slight hiccup. I'd feel better leaving my money in a trash bag with a homeless man living under a bridge.

I moved to the state of Florida about 3 months ago. I am always greeted by friendly associates when I enter. I wanted to specifically mention Patricia Pearson at the VyStar branch here in Palatka! She has been very helpful, enthusiastic, friendly, pleasant to be around, and overall understanding. She definitely goes above and beyond. ☺️

I have no banked with this bank for very long. Maybe a couple of months at the most and it is by far the worst bank I've ever dealt with.
