VyStar Credit Union Seven Mile Dr, Wildwood

I love VyStar! I am new to a credit union and should have done this years ago. The Wildwood branch has the best customer service. Liz has always been helpful and working with her is a pleasure. Today Amber assisted me and VyStar was extremely busy when I walked in. Amber was so patient considering she was needed in two places at one time. Everyone is both professional and patient. Kudos to them all!

I called VyStar and Elancia, the woman who answered the phone, answered my many, many questions and helped me out tremendously. She went way, way above and beyond great customer service. I’ve been a member since before they renamed to Vystar and this is why I continue to bank with them 33 years later.

My husband, Roger and I decided a while back that we wanted to search for a new financial institution. We wrote down different banks and visited them. Then we saw a name we weren't familiar with, Credit Unions. We asked each other what the difference was. Neither of us knew. we drove by Vy Star Credit Union on 466A. I asked Roger, to please turn around and lets see if we can get some information that might help us. When we opened their front door, we were warmly welcomed , we told them why we were there. They escorted us back to a very well dressed and polite young man with distinctive red hair. Hmm. His name and title was, CALEB BOWEN, Assistant Branch Manager. We discussed the banking business and the difference between them and the banks. There are many reasons of difference, but the one that sticks out in our minds the most is , the banks have themselves in mind, but the Credit Unions has YOU in mind! That settled it for us. For some reason, Roger and I felt very relaxed and at home at this establishment. we started procedures to end our banking where we were and join Vy Star. To place more icing on the cake, they are opening a new branch, I believe in May on Rt. 466 next to Culvers, which is golf cart accessible. Nice! We are looking forward to having everything in order by May or June. He introduced us to the rest of the staff who was there that day. Wow,! that was unexpected. Such cordial and pleasant people we have to work with. Thank You VY Star!! Thank You, Vy Star Credit Union, and to MR. Caleb Bowen, who made us feel at home.

If you need a loan or refinancing go see Elancia! Never had a banker who has helped me as much as her! Got our boat loan and refinanced my car for a lower rate. She’s amazing and responsed quickly to all of my questions, calls and emails. Thank the lord for vystar!!

Elancia Rice is the friendliest, most helpful teller I have ever been assisted by. Would give 10 stars if I could. Very pretty too!

My son told me about Sara Torres and how quick and easy the process was, so I went to VyStar and was greeted by Sarah she walked me threw step by step and there were no hoops to jump threw . Their online and mobile banking functions were unavailabe for three to four WEEKS after a bungled upgrade that was supposed to happen over one weekend. It started on May 10, 2022 and still isn't back to normal on 6/15/2022. I'm closing my accounts. I depend on online banking and find mobile banking very convenient.
