Vocality Community Credit Union Redwood Dr, Garberville

Absolutely awful, I’m personally taking my business elsewhere very soon. You can’t even pay your Auto loan online with them. It’s all done via “transfers” or in person….. TERRIBLE web interface to manage the account. Take your money elsewhere. If you’re buying a car from any dealership and they recommend this place say absolutely not. You don’t want the headache of this place. They are in no way equipped to handle real business.

They used to be ok. Not sure what happened. Countless problems this year alone. Will be closing my account once my stimulus clears. They failed to deposit $100 out of a $400 deposit recently. If I hadn't paid attention they'd have stolen a quarter of my deposit when I'm living check to check. Already moving over to Umpqua. I hope they shut down so no one else has to be let down time and time again.

1 of the worst banks I've ever dealt with, they tell you 1 thing and then 3 days later if your lucky they might do what they said they would do. I've been a bank member here for almost 3 years was finally approved for a loan from then never missed a single payment, but when I asked to refinance my loan they wouldn't even approve me for that, plus there atm is always broke, representatives are super rude. There's alot better banks out there. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE!!!

Do not put your money into this credit union. The CEO is a real nut case.

Far better service when they were CCUSH and local. Charging $10 to pay using your debit card and not having an online bill pay outside of moving around accounts for a loan is beyond ridiculous. Vocality must set up a way to make vehicle loans a quick and easy single pay on their website instead of adding 10 bucks.

Save yourself some time and find a real bank.. I have an auto loan through them and I make every payment on time and they still try to charge me late fee’s even though I have proof that they deposited my check 7 days BEFORE it was due, with THEIR stamp showing they deposited it. They seem too small to have any REAL working systems in place. Feels like someone is running the bank out of their living room.. Stay away in my opinion.

The worst bank I have ever dealt with! Putting holds on deposits of cashiers checks, blocking my credit card for no reason, slow slow service, unfriendly tellers - I doubt I will continue to bank with Vocality much longer!

I'm from a big city so I was so touched by the personal treatment. Harvest, the lady that helped my mother in law made sure to escort her out to my car where I was waiting. Thank you Harvest.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. More like customer disservice. Extremely discourteous and snooty.
