I was in the process of refinancing my mortgage. It was told by the lender that you can shop around for the title service company. Raja at Vital Abstract was amazing. He told me a list of questions to ask the lender so he can provide an estimate. He was responsive and quick in getting back to me. I didn't have a straight forward answer to one of his questions. He took upon himself to contact the loan officer to take the stress off of me and get all the answers he needed. Once the loan was approved, he was on top of it and started the process on his end.
