We've been a customer of VisionBank for well over a decade, and have been pleased with their continued excellent service and customer care. They have taken great care of our transitioning home and business banking needs, always with our best interest in mind. We also appreciate their community involvement and support to their neighbors. Proud to be a VB client!

Tanner and staff have been amazing to work with over the last 6 years. They know our staff by name and are super friendly and helpful. Interest rates for loans have been super competitive and sometimes lower than the national banks. We love supporting local and keeping the money in our community.

I have no shortage of positive things to say about VisionBank. Their staff is kind knowledgeable, and actively involved in the Grimes community. All of which are the trademarks of a great business.

Great bank and very nice people, nice and friendly with the great hometown feeling. I however have concerns with their online availability, the site is buggy and then you are to call customer service and they are not open... Wake up VisionBank this is the 21st century and we should have 24 hour support... 12/22/2019 There are other options that I now have the need to explore... Every time I go to VisionBank (Doesn't matter which location!) I am greeted with a smile and great conversation. They even accommodated me when I needed to use their conference room to split money into 15 different envelopes without an appointment to use it. I highly recommend VisionBank as their customer service is unmatched.

My wife and I recently refinanced our mortgage through Vision Bank. It was a pleasure working with Linette Hastie. She answered all of our questions, and you can tell she really enjoys what she does. Linette made the process very simple and seamless.

My daughter had an overdraft on her account. She had no idea. Vision bank called my husband to tell him she had overdrawn...and told him if she didn't get it fixed right away they were going to report her! Threats??..Seriously?!? Such a wonderful way to do business! My daughter went in and got it fixed..but seriously..a threat with the 1st phone call! I've never had a bank do that before!! I was thinking of switching our accounts to them for convenience.. but that threatening phone call solidified my resolve to continue banking in Clear Lake, even though we live 2 hours away! I'm now looking for a new bank to switch my son and daughters accounts to.
