I go to Vision Financial Roxboro NC branch on a weekly basis and the staff there are always friendly and eager to help. They always recognize me when I walk in and always greet me with a smile. They manage to be friendly while still being professional and are willing to do anything in their power to help or answer any questions we may have.

Love love the credit union in Roxboro!!! Samantha is AMAZING!!! She is always friendly, willing to help in any way she can to provide excellent customer service to the member!!! Highly recommend this branch to anyone!!!

Stephany provided GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE to me. When I reached out to VFFCU and sent an email Stephany responded promptly and helped me even before the bank opened. I live in a totally different state, and she was able to assist and communicate with me consistently, in what I needed to do. Stephany provided great Hospitality through emails, fax, and phone calls.
