Virginia Partners Bank William St, Fredericksburg

Banking is a service business as there are banks on almost every street corner. The service they provide is horrible... Everyone from Bruce (branch manager) to Kevin (commercial banker) has made my life more difficult. Once they got bought out there service has gone down hill. Save yourself the headache and look to a credit union...

Stopped in this morning to get change for my wife's small business this morning. The young teller pleasantly told that only account holders could get change but they would accommodate my request. I know she was probably toeing the company line, but she really missed recruiting me (& my money) as customers. Perhaps helping me and then selling me on their bank.

I came to Partners bank to set up an account and was greeted with a friendly welcome. The staff was great. Liz was helpful, professional and able to answer all my questions. Would recommend!

If your website says one thing and its the opposite thats false advertising so look at your website and consider changing whats wrong.

Don’t do banking with them. Instead, select a bank with good reputable company and best customer services.
