My husband and I just closed on a house. We started the process about a month and a half ago, not knowing much of anything. Vinh Tran was recommended to us. He was very patient with our ignorance and transparent about the lending process. He listened well to what we wanted and guided us to a reasonable loan amount; he didn't tempt us with something beyond what we had budgeted. He also connected us with a fantastic real estate agent. Having a good team around you seems essential to having a good buying experience... you definitely what him on your team. I've already recommended him to two other people.
